Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Austria):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order up to an order value of €100.00. For orders between €100.01 and €150.00 the shipping fee is €4.90. For orders over €150.01 the shipping fee is free.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows: 16.90€ per order up to an order value of 100.00€. From 100.01€ to 200.00€ order value 12.90€. From 200.00€ we deliver free of charge.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Austria) within 1-2 days, and for international deliveries within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
